Frame Construction:
The frame is built with durability in mind, composed of two stainless steel sides connected by metallic braces.
The left side houses the kinematics of movements, while the right side contains the setting mechanism for different functions.
Both sides are covered by stainless steel jackets, ensuring hygiene and ease of cleaning.
Sheeting Unit:
The sheeting unit incorporates two plastic cylinders (food safe), fixed on tight ball bearings.
A third cylinder is included to enable the approach of the dough piece.
Removable scrapers (food use) are designed to effectively clean the cylinders, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
Dough Entry and Safety Measures:
Dough pieces are easily introduced through a centralizing spout.
The centralizing spout includes a safety device that disables the moulder if the protection spout is not correctly installed, prioritizing operator safety.
Belt System:
A heavy belt, consisting of metallic bars leaning on felt, facilitates the rolling of the dough piece, streamlining the moulding process.
The moulder is equipped with two different cases bearing the cylinders and the belts.
Belts are made of synthetic felt suitable for food use and turn in opposite directions, contributing to effective dough shaping..
