Price Match Guarantee

Our Price Match Promise is just one of the reasons our customers love shopping with us. We are committed to offering the best products, exceptional service, and the most competitive prices, which is why we will match any published competitor's price on identical items.

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

• The product(s) must be in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery from a competitor located within Australia, and must offer the same warranty as provided by Hospitality Connect.
• The product(s) must be exactly the same brand, model, specifications, size, colour, etc., as those sold by Hospitality Connect.
• Price matching does not apply if there are hidden fees, such as additional delivery charges; quoted shipping fees will not be included in the price match.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or customer rebates.
• The price must be clearly published in writing, either as a quotation, on the competitor’s branded letterhead, or listed on the competitor’s website.

Hospitality Connect offers this promise in good faith but reserves the right to refuse any price match request if the above conditions are not met.
