SPM K-Soft Pump Plastic Auger

Thanks to the pump-feeding system, the equipment incorporates more air and therefore the dispensed ice cream is lighter and softer. Higher overrun means higher margins.

K Soft has cooled upper tank with 2 litre capacity and 1 litre inside the freezing cylinder.

Panels are in stainless steel and the control board is capacitive and led-lightened.

The hopper is cooled: the product gets cold before reaching the freezing cylinder. Performances improve since the time to dispense soft ice cream and frozen yogurt is reduced.
