Gi Metal "Napoli" Rectangular Perforated Peel with Hard Anodised coating ANE-37RF

The Napoli line of pizza peel is characterised by extreme resistance to heat, lightness, and smoothness. The head is manufactured using a special hard anodising treatment and the perforations are designed with Neapolitan work movements in mind.

Contemporary yet traditional, the Napoli peel can be used in wood fired and high heat pizza ovens. The design is a celebration of Neapolitanism, the light blue handle is inspired by the sea and sky of Naples and the rivets are coloured in the red, white, and green of the Italian flag.

The peel head is made using a Special Hard Anodizing treatment. This hard oxide anodization guarantees maximum protection against corrosion and friction, ensuring extreme smoothness and maintaining the same lightness as seen in the timeless Azzurra line.

The perforations are designed for pizza makers following Neapolitan tradition. The Napoli peel enables the pizza base to be lifted directly onto the peel with both hands and to be easily spread and stretched. The perforations are functional to these movements and designed for optimal flour discharge.
