Global Utility Knife - Fine Serration Blade, 15cm

The GS-13 has very slight serrations along the edge of the blade. Not as pronounced as a fully serrated blade, we find that these small serrations work well with fruit that has a firm skin, but soft centre. The serrated blade can saw through the skin while keeping a very clean cut. We feel that this knife works particularly well with tomatoes, plums, nectarines and grapes.
