Airex Countertop Heated Square Food Display 900 Series 3 Tier AXH.FDCTSQ.09 - Heating System: Energy-efficient fan-forced heating system specifically designed to provide heated fan-forced air distribution evenly throughout the display. Temperature Control: Adjustable digital temperature control, allowing a range from 60°C to 80°C. Lighting: Warm LED lights on each shelf to emphasize and increase product visibility. Glass Construction: Frameless glass construction, single glazed, for exceptional display. Humidity Control: Concealed water well positioned for hot air to be passed over, introducing humidity into the display to keep products fresher for longer. Shelving: 4-tier design (base and 3 adjustable shelves). Doors: Supplied with sliding glass doors to the rear. Mobility: Supplied on castors for easy maneuverability and cleaning. This heated display unit seems to be designed for effective presentation and maintenance of hot food items.
